Juliette Lace Inset Romper from Urban Outfitters

Cut with sweetheart neckline, a fitted bodice and shorts with an a-line silhouette and ruffle trim. Fits a little large in my opinion. Very cute for summer! I have one size S and one M, both are new with tags.
