Jumper Top/Dress

Brand New! I have never worn or washed this. My boyfriend bought it for me and I really like it, but its too small. It is perfect to wear with leggings. The material is soft and light. The color is solid black. Measurement from the top of the sleeve where it rests on the shoulder to the very bottom of the hem, the length is 35 inches.
