mrachelle The following sizes are based on junior sizes. This item has a great deal of elasticity and runs very long. A must wear with high heels unless you desire to have them taken up to your liking. I do not have exact measurement details on this item. S (3/4-5/6) M (7/8-9/10) L (11/12-14)
