June & Hudson midi dress from Belk. Green, pink, yellow floral design on white.

Like new floral dress. I am 5’3 and it goes to my ankles. Sheer fabric with a white slip underneath. Tortoiseshell buttons on the lower half. Fitted at the waist but loose and flowy on the bust and has fluttery sleeves. Zip up and keyhole on the back. Only worn twice.
