Junior Print Maxi Skirt

Junior size Large, blue & white print maxi skirt. Never worn. Elastic waist No lining Sheer Please note: The style of the skirt has some raw edges (see picture) giving a fray thread appearance. The dress has 3 tiers (it's located on each of these tiers) I don't know if this was done by design but you will come across many of these pulled threads.
