Juniors L Vintage Cream Lace and Chiffon shirt/blazer

Juniors L Vintage Cream lace and chiffon shirt. Very pretty and delicate looking. There is beading at the waist in the front, the tie holes have rhinestones and the chiffon tie has sequins on it. The shirt does not have buttons just the tie at the front, very fitted. I’m not sure of the brand my old dry cleaners used to glue name tags onto the tag and I can’t get it off.
