Junior’s blue sparkle dress

V neck top with sequins and plain fabric bottom. Is a dark navy blue and is so pretty on. Back is open and the straps make pretty design in back. Has built in cups. For woman and when I was 13 I got into this dress. Originally bought at macys for 100 dollars.
