These have never been worn but they have been washed once and hung to dry. Size Medium Measurements across the front laying flat: Waist 15” hips 17-1/2” front rise: 11-1/4” back rise : 13” inseam 25” These are approximately a size 26/27 women’s. I would say low to mid rise.
