stephsgems @lrking0215 welcome to posh! My suggestion is to be yourself and start with selling clothes from your closet at home, things that are "pre-loved" you are ready to let go of. brockmama I have a question about shipping a bundle that was purchased from me this week. It is over 5lbs. I understand that I'll need to create a new label and I see where to do that, but I'm confused . The package weighs a few oz less than 7lbs. Am I understanding it correctly that's she's paying normal shipping price and I'm paying an additional $8 to get her order to her? Is there a way to avoid this? I'm losing a total of $16 on this order with my bundling discount and the extra shipping costs.

brockmama Wow. I pressed post while I was trying to be more concise! Oops! 🙈 Basically i want to avoid situations like this in the future. It's not worth it to me to lose that much money, even if it means selling 3 of my listings. Any words or advice? Thanks!

stephsgems @brockmama first congrats on your sales! What I would do if you have not already upgraded the shipping label is to print out the 5-pound label and take box to post office and try to pay the difference there, rather than upgrade the label through poshmark. That way, your cost should be substantially less and I think the P.O. just adds the extra postage to the box.

stephsgems @brockmama (continued) If you are selling a lot of bundles you may want to rethink the amount of your bundle discount, especially with the new "bundle offer" feature. I hope that helps and that you find some resolution! Just know you are doing the right things because you are getting sales and that's a good thing - you may just have to tweak one or two things to get everything the way you want it (profitable!) xoxo

brockmama @stephsgems I went to the post office. For me to pay the difference, they wanted to charge me $14. So I just brought it back home. 😩 thanks for the tips though.

13nagas9 I'm new to this and just added some items. I received several likes and people adding things to their bundles which I don't know exactly what that means? I received 3 or 4 messages saying they were interested but weren't able to see all the pics, they were all worded very similar and requesting more pics but there was no email to send additional pics to any of them and I addressed that in a reply to each one of them then got no response back from any of them?

13nagas9 I also got a reply from one of them saying she'd been hacked and to not sell to that person! I've received 3 emails saying that they've bought something but only one had a link to download the shipping label and when I click on it nothing happens, I even typed it into my search manually and it doesn't exist and when I look at my sales in my account it shows I've sold nothing? If someone actually buys something how can someone else buy it too? Do I have to download the label in order to finalize?
