Just Blanks Ruffled Dress. Sweet salmon colored dress, 92% cotton, 8% spandex, high bodice with scoop neck, full skirt with scalloped and multi ruffled hemline, long sleeves with multi ruffles, keyhole back closure with same color button. Size 4T/4.shoulder to longest part of hem is 23", 11" where bodice and skirt meet, sleeves are 11.5". Pre-owned in great condition. Tag says it may shrink but it did not, I did put measurements. To me it is made like the Matilda Jane Dresses.
