Just Cavalli flowing sleeve backless top sz 42

If my conversion charts are correct the 42 is like an 8-10 top. Cavalli’s stuff runs small so I put it closer to a 6. The shirt has a hidden side zip that runs up to about 4 in below the armpit. The bottom portion is more fitted and above a fabric band it blouses out. Difficult to wear a bra with this. Maybe a low cross back one. Back is exposed down to mid back. Bell sleeve
