I got this dress YEARS ago from a popular boutique in NJ called “Once Upon A Skirt” you can check out their instagram they have really cute stuff. Wore this for my 21st Birthday and kept it for memories all these years (I’m about to be 30 LOL) but it was such a cute dress, I even loaned it to a friend once to wear and she loved it as well.
