Just Me off the shoulder blue striped dress

This blue dress from Just Me is so flattering and pretty! It featured spaghetti straps (not adjustable) and an off the shoulder ruffle detail. The wrap front is so flattering! Midi length. Some small stains on the front and inside but barely noticeable (pic #3). No size tagged but fits like a Small.
