Adjustable straps ruffled neckline, buttons on the front and elastic at the waist with adjustable string. Beautiful lightweight breeze fabric perfect for Spring - Summer also a great transitional piece, layer it with a cardigan or a jacket for colder weather. No flows never worn just kept in the closet.
