@beforeitsgone from what I read on the post I'm assuming the items sold were not supported by Poshmark therefore Posh is not insuring the sale...but stated you are required to do a refund and that she is to return the items correct?

@livnoncloud9 yes. She is given a refund and I get whatever items weren't stolen. Honestly I just don't trust the buyer so I'm hoping that posh will hold them accountable if I don't get my items back. At least the ones she hasn't claimed to be stolen or missing. Just really don't know what to do. I asked for photos of the box and got nothing

@beforeitsgone My very 1st suggestion...and please don't take any as rude or mean (some people tend to when I say this so that is why I am saying this ahead of time😁)...For the sake of future sales and Posh supporting your sales, I personally would remove all items that Posh does not support as items to sale from your closet (you can find those items under Frequently asked questions)

@beforeitsgone Also, I would email Posh back and explain to them that you cannot get in touch with the buyer, you have not gotten any pictures from here for proof to the post office, and do not believe your items are being mailed back to you and ask what happens if you do not get the items back (I personally have never had this happen so I really do not know how this is handled)

Has the buyer already received her refund? Also, you definitely need to contact the post office and tell them the whole situation and see if you can be refunded by them since the package was insured. If the package was "broken into" after delivery idk how or if they insure that...it is something you would have to ask them.
I apologize I don't have all the answers for you it's a difficult situation since the items were not supported by Posh to be sold.

Oh you answered plenty @livnoncloud9 no offense taken I definitely learned my lesson! I do fear I won't get my items back and that she lied about certain items being broken to be able to keep them and also get a refund so I will definitely contact posh.

I do know they issued a return request and that's all I'm aware of at this point. She's online now and still no reply so I have no choice but to assume she isn't down to help me with this or give any info. I will definitely contact the post office tomorrow. Thank you. Xo I feel some reassurance

@beforeitsgone I do believe, in a normal selling circumstance, Posh compliant sales (please don't quote me on this bc I'm not 100% sure since I haven't been in this situation, another question you should ask Posh) but I think that people do not get their refund until the seller gets there items back.
