It is brand new that is just the color of bag & it is lambskin. As far as the # u see it was on the bag when I bought it. I got from another poshner the tag was still on it & she was selling a lot of new ones but she did not have the black I wanted so I was trying 2 trade 4 a black one. She is under @ cmedina
