Just the Right Shoe - Raine Captive Heart

This mini shoe is approximately 3.75 inches long and 3 inches high. I’m not a collector of these and was given this without a box or any paperwork. I was told I could tie a string to it and make it an ornament but figured it should go to someone who appreciates it. Online research shows this is from the 2004 collection and prices range from $20 to $80.
