Cute cover up dress from Justified. I'm not sure on the size is but I'm thinking x-small/small. It does stretch so a size 4-6 smaller bust should fit it with no problem. It's very delicate chiffon-like material & so pretty. Keep in mind its also see thru. Worn 2x's on a cruise. No rips, stains or tears. From a smoke free home. 24 inches long, 10inches unstretched, about 19inches stretched..the more it stretches the more see thru it gets so it be safe 38 inches around would be suitable.

casbc84 @erhenson unstretched it's about 10 inches...18-19 inches stretched so doubling that makes it close to 39 inches around and but keep in mind it's see thru the more it stretches the more white it gets.
