They are customised initially with leather, rich embroidery made in gold and silver thread. Skilled artisans from remote areas specialise in the making of juttis. They are all handmade and has been designed by skilled woman worker who are victims of domestic violence and has found their independence through traditional skilled work. It’s not only fashion but piece of an art.
