Hi J, wondering if this blk/wht polka dot has “poofy” slip (forgot word for that kind slip) but is it underneath dress,n this stock photo? Or comes attached to or along w/dress? Does dress naturally poof out or lay more flat? Love both ways just curious bc same green/white dress doesn’t look so poofy. (?)

Oh bummer bc I’m actually
12-14 top & 10-12 waist down. If the waist is stretchy & stretches at least to 33” it may work (?). But I stretched if it’s way too small, I don’t want it to be u comfy & squeezie feeln! Lol Idk maybe I shud skip the dress!?
