K Studio Spring/Summer Dress Size 4/6 (label 8 but runs small)

Beautiful full length dress that can be worn to a wedding or a beach! Sleeveless scoop neck & back with back zipper & slit in back & breast darts. Pretty floral on a cream background. 100% rayon, label says dry clean. Never worn but it’s been kept in plastic for about 4 years! I would say it runs small for an 8 because pit to pit across front is only 17”, hips 18”. Length from top shoulder to hem is 48”. mannequin which is 36/38” bust. Like new condition.
