K Woman Y2K Bold Print Polyester Dress- 910

This K Woman.Y2K bold print polyester dress is quite unique. It has unique sleeves. I am not sure how to best describe them. The sleeve are like bell sleeves but the ends are folded. This is the ideal dress to wear with leggings. The dress is made of easy care polyester. It is in excellent condition except for some white spots on the front but I do not know what they are.
