Included is the instruction manual, a seperate drawer for storing all your coffee pods, all the pods inside (if you want them ) and a cleaning kit ( you will need to buy more liquid solution for the cleaning kit, but the other items needed for a cleaning are in there ) There is nothing wrong with this keurig, we just decided to switch to a nespresso and do not need both!!
