How much fun is this. You’ll make an entrance in this whimsical yet sophisticated semi transparent top. It has accordion pleating, a ruffled neckline and shoulder straps. It is black with winter white accent threads. A flare sleeve has a stationary tie at the wrist. The manikin it is on has a 35” waist so you can see how much play you can get with the pleating. The chest stretches to 22” 20” from top of ruffle to bottom hem Manikin shoulder measures 37” around Drop from shoulder to the top of the neckline is 4 1/2” The sheerness is determined by the amount of stretch.
