Super cute dress - black sleeveless high scoop neckline top and silver and black floral print flouncy skirt that is a stiffer fabric. Retro 50s vibe but I think this was from the 90s. This is in gently preowned vintage condition with light wear. No major flaws noted. See photos or Posh show for more info.
