Like new blue-on-white KAS New York sleeveless dress with beautiful, unique cut-out pattern, ending in a scalloped hem. Size 12, slight A-line style, measurements in photo. Silk and cotton, machine washable. Fully lined. Worn once. Can be dressed up or down with the right jewelry and shoes. I wish it still fit me.
