This black velvet skirt with silver leaf pattern is vintage from the Kathie Lee Collection. It is an A-line Maxi with an elastic waist band. The fabric is 100% polyester. Used, with flaws. No stains or tears detected (see photos for condition details). The size tags have been removed by the original owner, but measurements indicate the skirt is a size Women's XL.
