KC Spencer New York Maxi Black Velvet Dress with ties in the back. The ties are 22 1/2 inches long. Back zipper is 14 1/2 inches long. Long sleeves, rouchied front bodice. Shoulder pads. 10-12; front is 52 inches; sleeves are 23 inches; armpit to armpit is 20.5; and back length is 52 1/2 inches. There are no other tags. The orevious owner was adverse to tags and cut almost every tag out of every piece of clothing. Dry clean only.-
