KD Fitted full length tiered dress

This gorgeous dress is made of 100% rayon and has a lot of stretch even though it is fitted. Never worn. Purchased at a local boutique and made to order. It’s fits anyone from an xxsp up to xs regular. Flutter sleeve with v-neckline. Can be worn backwards so that the v is in the back and the scoop neck is at the front.
