KEMESTRY brand Made in USA No material stated- feels like a nice quality, cannot guarantee whether or not it’s leather. See photos for size- at max it is approximately 20 1/2 inches flat across and at smallest is approximately 18 1/2 inches flat across. Looks like some of the silver ball beads were reenforced at some point but it’s hidden behind the loop. Silver tone croc embossed.
