This is a pair of black slacks designed by KENAR , they are a flare leg with low waistline ,hidden front zipper & button ,double belt loops with thick band and two button closure , plain back , they feel very rich & smooth ( like a raincoat ) 94% poly ,69% spandex . Machine wash ,Imported & Made in USA size 14 inseam 29” , top to bottom 38 1/2” , low rise across 17” These pants are so slimming !! Pair with black sweater or crisp white shirt ! Worn once
