These are amazing! Brand new boots by Kenneth Cole hard to find size 5. Color black. Over the knee stretch velour fabric, 24” shaft, 3.4” high heel, 16” around opening, zipper closure at inside ankle and also at back top of the boot. I am petite and generally have small to average legs/calves. These have a slightly slouchy look on me, but stay up over my knee. The fabric is stetchy and can fit a slightly thicker than average legs, but not wide if you know what I mean. $199 new with box
