KENSIE woman’s black, halter dress

This dress has never been worn. Has a high/low “wrap” dress style detail on the skirt (but is NOT a wrap dress). The top has a mildly ruffled layered look (see photos), a gold metal bar detail at the top of a keyhole opening in the front and zips up in the back. It’s a halter style dress.  96% polyester 4% spandex, lining is 100% polyester Hand wash in cold water and line dry
