I am asking this question because when I previously purchased the same bag in a different color, the surface of the bag was glossier (and sticky) than the original condition in a wide area. It is the kind of damage that can occur when you accidentally try to treat your bag with conditioner that contains alcohol. At that time, I couldn't see it clearly in the photo. I'm just a little worried
