A stunning vintage evening dress from the 80s by KEVAN HALL for the incredible quality and highly collectable. With a black velvet bodice that has leg o mutton style sleeves that puff out at the shoulder and taper in towards the zippered wrists. The skirt is magnificent, made of ruched silk taffeta in a shape that flares out at the hips and slightly narrows inwards at the hem for an hourglass silhouette.
