gallifreyja @sallyterror Hello, thanks for stopping by! My apologies for the delay! Laid flat, it measures 22", but has lots of stretch. I could stretch it to about 26"/27".

sallyterror Hello I would private message you about this but I don't see how I can. the dress is beautiful but it smells like perfume really bad. I washed it 3 times and it's still in there pretty good. You do not need to do anything about it I would just be mindful to keep clothes in a container if you spray a lot of perfume. wonderful shipping time!!!

gallifreyja @sallyterror Hello! Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry about that! It's brand new with tags and never worn, so I don't know how it has a perfume smell on it. I'm really sorry about that! It *was* with other things that had been laundered, so perhaps that was the issue. I will be mindful of storage in the future. I hope you're able to enjoy it still!
