If you are a true 40/42 and want a fitted look (as modeled) this will fit. Or, you can take out the altered seams to return the dress to it’s original size. If you are a smaller size, the dress can be easily altered to fit your size. Extra long dress. Platform shoes are recommended or hem the bottom it to your preference.
