They are 100% polyester- the tags says hand wash. (Personally I would dry clean them) They're a dark navy floral print with a stripe of satin trim going around the waist and down the leg with a zip closure in back. Leg opening about 11.5" The waist measurement is in the pictures- 24" fits like a size 2 The waist has a little give so if your waist is 25" they will work Pants are beautiful and I want you to be happy with your purchase so please ask questions-
