KL Collection Top M Green embroidery 100% Cotton

Great detailed embroidery of flowers and light houses. Fabric states 100% Cotton. The photo lighting makes the green look faded on the lower half of the top but it is one solid light green lime color. Measures in inches: Chest 23" Shoulder 19 Length 30" Good used condition, no tears, snags, holes or stains. The dots are a bit metallic and it could be that there were sequins glued down which have fallen off.
