KMM & Co English Harvest standard tote with snap closure and crossbody strap

This is a KMM & Co. standard tote customized to add a snap closure and crossbody grommets/strap, in (now discontinued) English Harvest. I am the 2nd owner but never used it; not sure first used at all either. I believe it may be from the “scratch and dent” line but it is gorgeous! Only selling because I prefer very slouchy bags.
