"KNIT WORKS", Girls (or women) Sz. 16,Skirt with layers, Elastic Waistband. Good

This skirt is made with polyester and spandex, so this can be worn by women or girls. It is a size 16 (technically) The underside of the skirt is basically crinoline material so it has volume. It does not lay flat. It is very girly. There is a small stain on an otherwise perfect garment and I have posted a photo of it. It is on the very tip of the skirt.
