NWT This one rocks! Just amazing! Cotton beige eyelet and a gorgeous tulle ruffle bottom. 3 layers. Skirt/slip/ dress is almost straight down from waist then wonderfully full at the bottom. Elastic is fairly wide at waist. Loose style so it drapes.Wear it alone as a dress/skirt or layer. Waist unstretched is 17" or 34" total. Truly a rare find.
