KUHO Navy Bag, NWT--CUTE!

This Kuho (a Korean brand) bag is made of a felted material in navy and has a double black strap. Straps on either side can serve as drawstrings to close the top of the bag. The bag is fully lined. Fully extended, the strap reaches about 10 inches above the top hem of the bag. The bag itself is about 12.5 inches wide and 13.75 inches tall. There is folded tissue paper inside that may have once held something else, but whatever that "something else" was is no longer present. If I could read the Korean on the tag I might know more!
