Kaleidoscope Pattern Neon Strapless Summer Dress

Gorgeous kaleidoscope patterned summer dress featuring and open back with a bow type design. Waistline and ruffle skirt end. Super cute and perfect for summer. Wouldn’t be giving it up if it still fit. Was purchased at a boutique on Melrose and is without tags, but I would say it fits between a M-L best.
