Bright paisley dress on silky fabric. Deep V neckline and elbow length sleeves. Fabric is mostly non-stretch, but the waist does have wide band of elastic in back (see second to last pic). Flowy skirt with three tier ruffle hem. Waist band flat lay: 16” Waist to hem: 41”
