Is it a wrap dress?

@bgeglia it's only looks like wraps dress, because of the long ruffle and "V" neck cut upfront what wrap around on bust. Attached long belt can be tied up in front or on side. All together design makes it looks like wrap dress but buttom part with skirt doesn't wrap.
