Karen Alexander Vintage 80’s fit and flare dress EUC

Beautiful Karen Alexander dress with full skirt and fitted inset waist. Buttons to hip. Chest and side slant pockets. Velcro shoulder pads. Pleated back. Matching belt - no belt loops. Material is cotton canvas. Size tag is illegible, please see measurements in photos. There is loose stitching at the bottom of the front placket that is easily tightened with a few stitches. There are some very tiny marks and a couple of small pinholes that are only noticeable on very close inspection. They are mostly hidden in the pleats. See last photos for details.
