Karen Kane White Cotton Full Skirt 1X EUC I just read washing instructions and see this is a broomstick type of skirt that needs to be gathered and twisted and partially dried before hanging straight to complete drying. I think I washed and dried in machine. Last pic shown what you can do when damp, although it is dry. I think either way looks nice. 18 with 22 stretch waist 27 hips 31 length measurements approximate
