Can be worn off shoulder, great for travel (no-iron), elastic scoop neck, short full puffed sleeves, gathered waist leading to 2-tiered full skirt with a 10 1/2" ruffle at bottom, same fabric skinny belt. Total length approx 29", approx 8" from top to waist. Lay flat approx bust width is 16 1/2", waist approx 16". Excellent pre-owned condition
