spirtwoman Hi. Would you please give the flat waist measurement? Does the elastic band have good ‘stretch’? (I bought a skirt here on Poshmark and had to send it to alterations for elastic replacement).

missallie19 @spirtwoman Measured flat the waist is 17 and the length is 21. The elastic waistband has some give but it isn't overly stretchy like some elastic. It keeps it's shape.
